Based in Milan, the Financial Controller will manage and provide support with direct reporting to the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He/she will offer financial assistance addressing the company's needs regarding compliance with specific obligations related to business development, management, compliance, and reporting according to the guidelines of the Financial Department and applicable legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities :

• Responsible for analytical closing (balance sheet, profit and loss, and deviations) of certain projects and countries.
• Budgeting and forecasting with daily communication to the specific countries.
• Preparation of cash flows, calculation, and accounting of provisions.
• Supervision of project accounting.
• Node control and management.
• Ad hoc financial reporting.
• Support for the development of organizational initiatives and procedures.
• Supporting the audit processes of Group companies.
• Additional role-related duties as required.

Experience :

• 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting or related field. Experience in the Renewables Industry is a plus.

Required skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• Expertise in planning, controls, and finance.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Proficient use of Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Additional valued skills: Suite O365 Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools, and SAP (FiCo).

Primary location is Milan, with availability for international travel.
