We specialize in providing integrated solutions across the entire lifecycle of clean energy, from the promotion, development, and construction of wind farms, photovoltaic plants, and hydroelectric power stations to their operation, maintenance, and the sale of the generated clean energy. Based in Milan, the Financial Controller will manage and support financial activities, reporting directly to the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The role involves providing financial assistance related to business development, management, compliance, and reporting, aligned with the guidelines of the Financial Department and legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities :

• Responsible for analytical closing (balance sheet, profit and loss, deviations) of specific projects and countries.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts with regular communication to relevant countries.
• Develop cash flow reports, manage provisions, and oversee project accounting.
• Control and manage node operations.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports.
• Support organizational initiatives and procedural development.
• Assist in audit processes for Group companies.
• Perform additional duties as required by the role.

Experience :

• 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting or a related field. Experience in the Renewables Industry is valued.

Required skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, controls, and management.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Additional valuable skills include experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP (FiCo).

Primary location is Milan, with willingness to travel internationally.
