Junior Financial Consultant Oracle ERP

We are looking for a Junior Financial Consultant with a focus on Oracle ERP Cloud to support our clients in the implementation and management of financial modules. This role involves working closely with senior managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure that Oracle ERP Cloud solutions meet business needs and are effectively implemented. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial systems, problem-solving, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Support and Service Request Management: Assist users in resolving queries related to Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Project Billing, Assets, etc.). Manage and monitor service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the solutions meet client needs.
• Testing and Documentation: Assist in testing new configurations or customizations and ensure that comprehensive documentation is prepared and maintained.
• User Training and Support: Support in delivering training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are confident in using Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
• Reporting and Analysis: Help generate and analyze financial reports from Oracle ERP Cloud, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Project delivery: Participate in new projects or module implementations, tracking progress and coordinating tasks with project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (General Ledger, Tax, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Cash Management, Project Billing, etc.).
• Strong understanding of business processes and financial systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in documenting business and functional requirements.
• Oracle certification is a plus.

Language Requirements:

• Italian and English are mandatory.
• German, Spanish and French are optional but highly desirable.
