Responsibilities

• Accounting. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, reviewing transactions to ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Financial planning, reporting & control. Provide comprehensive financial reports, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage budgets and achieve financial objectives.
• Financial due diligence & investor relations. Contribute to target company evaluations, oversee due diligence for acquisitions, prepare board documentation and maintain relationships with banks and investors.
• Audit preparation. Strengthen internal controls, facilitate external and internal audit processes.
• Equity plans. Optimize and manage equity plans, support Spooners with equity plan questions.
• Fiscal optimization. Identify fiscal incentives and design the group’s intercompany flow strategy.
