Responsibilities include:

• Providing HR and legal support on employee matters, including performance management, investigations, and compensation & benefits.
• Drafting and revising employment agreements, offer letters, severance, and confidentiality agreements.
• Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, handling contract changes, system updates, and document processing.
• Administering labor contracts for foreign and freelance employees and assisting with visa documentation.
• Collaborating on employee welfare and benefits initiatives with the People Operations team.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
• Supporting internal reorganizations, legal restructurings, financing, investment operations, and acquisitions.
