A few examples of your responsibilities
  • Provide HR and legal support on employee matters, including performance management, investigations, and compensation & benefits.
  • Draft and revise employment agreements, including offer letters, severance agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding, handle contract changes, system updates, and document processing.
  • Administer labor contracts for foreign and freelance employees, and assist with visa documentation.
  • Collaborate on employee welfare and benefits initiatives with the People Operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
  • Support internal reorganizations, legal restructurings, financing and investment operations, and acquisitions.
