A renewable energy company in Rende is seeking a Junior Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to manage electrical maintenance in the plant. The role involves performing electrical checks, planning maintenance, and overseeing service providers. Candidates should have electrical maintenance knowledge, familiarity with safety regulations, and a valid driving license. This is a full-time position with a supportive work environment focused on growth and diversity.

Junior Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Head of Operation and Maintenance, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in managing ordinary and extraordinary electrical maintenance in the plant. This is a full time role, daily schedule with possible temporary employment in shift for supporting plant operation.

Main Responsibilities

• Carries out electrical checks and measurements
• Plans and carries out preventive and predictive maintenance work
• Oversees activities performed by external service providers
• Performs accidental maintenance work also during non-working hours (if on call)
• Performs electrical safety manoeuvres
• Fills out ash disposal forms
• Define needs and provide information for spares and tools supply
• Can also be used for plant requirements to cover the role of field operator (in shift mode)
