You have up to 12 months of experience (including internships or entry-level roles) in e-commerce or digital marketing , and you’re looking for a company where you can learn fast, grow, and take on new challenges .
You have a basic understanding of how e-commerce works — from how online stores are structured, to how traffic is generated, and how digital marketing strategies are planned and executed. You’re curious, proactive, and analytical : you like to understand the “why” behind things and are eager to improve through hands‑on experience.
You are fluent in Italian and have a working knowledge of English, especially in writing. You communicate clearly , take effective notes , and complete tasks with attention to detail and a willingness to learn .
You’re also comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets : you know how to work with formulas, organize data clearly, and build simple reports or tables to support your analysis.
As a Junior Ecommerce Specialist , you will support the ecommerce and marketing team in the day‑to‑day management of our Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) operations. This role is designed to give you broad exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing and ecommerce , with the opportunity to learn directly from experienced team members and contribute to real projects from day one.
