sennder is Europe’s leading digital freight forwarder. We are a growing team looking for a Disponente Ufficio Traffico in the Operations department to help us revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO ...

• Own the relationships with carriers to help stabilize our rapid growth.
• Collaborate closely with the principal of operations, finance, and quality teams to ensure the best transport service and quality.
• Expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners.
• Supervise our daily transports in Italy and handle all inquiries from carriers.
• Use your knowledge of the partner’s business to identify opportunities and offer solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics (Excel).
• Efficient ability to manage workload and priorities.
• Knowledge of geography transport rules.
• 1-2 years’ experience in full truck load transport by road.
• Fluent communication in Italian and good knowledge of English.
• Great attention to detail and an organized approach.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress.
• Mediation skills and claims management.
• Pricing capacity and knowledge of transport rules (plus).
