We are looking for a talented Junior digital graphic designer for our office in Milan with 2 or more years of experience to join the Digital Production team at Dentsu Creative.

The ideal candidate is proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Web Designer, has a strong curiosity for the digital world and social media, and feels comfortable working with HTML5.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Create digital assets including banners, social media content (both static and video), and DEMs.
• Accurately interpret brand guidelines, media plans, and technical specifications.
• Translate client feedback and creative briefs into effective visual solutions.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of aesthetic and technical quality across all deliverables.
• Stay current with the latest trends in digital design, technology, and visual communications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital agency.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a good eye for layout design, precision, and attention to detail.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Web Designer.
• Experience with print production is a plus.
• Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented.
• Genuine passion for design and a deep interest in digital innovation.
