You will collaborate with the Creative Team to develop innovative designs, manage proposals, and present concepts. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree, a portfolio, and at least 1 year of design experience. Creative skills and proficiency in graphics software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are essential.

Designer Fixed Term Contract

Selection communication & design is part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionery company and maker of global product brands.

We are currently seeking a junior Designer for our Design Department based in Milan.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work with the Creative Team to develop innovative concepts and designs.
2. Create design ideas.
3. Participate actively in strategic planning and conceptual brainstorming.
4. Manage "creative proposals" including logos and other visuals.
5. Present concepts and ideas to the Design Team.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree
• Portfolio
• Good command of English
• Experience working with graphics software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Exhibit flexibility to work both independently and in a team
• Creative thinking and design skills
• Good communication skills
