Your role:

Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager EU, you will collaborate cross-functionally with supply, sales, marketing, and purchasing departments for our brands Swisse and Zesty Paws (80 items) across all distribution channels (GSD, Pharmacy, Pet Stores, E-commerce) within Italy. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating the S&OP process.
  • Drawing up sales forecasts.
  • Building the supply plan from our suppliers.

We expect you to be innovative, focused on optimization and continuous improvement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the performance and process of the S&OP.
  • Leading each step of the monthly S&OP cycle.
  • Providing an 18-month rolling forecast.
  • Developing medium and long-term supply plans.
  • Monitoring and anticipating supply requirements to minimize out-of-stock and overstock risks.
  • Tracking stock coverage to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Operational reporting and KPI analysis to inform recommendations.
  • Monitoring new product launches.
  • Coordinating product switches with marketing and sales.
  • Analyzing slow movers and obsolete products, and devising action plans.
  • Establishing procedures for the Supply Chain.

Projects:

You will participate in setting up a new Supply Planning tool, supported by your manager (Senior Supply Planning Manager EU). This list is not exhaustive and may evolve with changing environments.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supply chain experience.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, international, and multicultural environment.
  • Strong leadership skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented with analytical skills to identify and address inefficiencies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
