Junior Data Engineer

As a Junior Data Engineer at Plenitude Societ Benefit, you will collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and BI Experts to build multifunctional teams that generate business value from data. Your responsibilities include:

1. Integrating new data flows into existing platforms.
2. Supporting data model design and developing data products, including scope, sizing, and optimization.
3. Experimenting with new tools and products.
4. Applying best practices to ensure security and compliance.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in STEM.
• Up to 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language: Python (preferred), Scala, or Java.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency in English.

Additional skills are a plus:

• Knowledge of DevOps/DataOps (git, automation, CI/CD, shell scripting).
• Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP.
• Basic understanding of data modeling principles (DWH, Data Vault, Star Schema, Snowflake, Data Lake, Data Mesh).
