EMM is seeking a talented Junior Data Architect to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate operational independence in an Agile environment, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines while working collaboratively. They will support the design, development, and management of the enterprise data architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Working under the guidance of a senior data architect, they will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data integration, quality, and security, especially in cloud environments.

Main activities :

1. Support senior data architects and stakeholders in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical data architecture solutions
2. Coordinate with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to align data strategies with business needs
3. Contribute to the design and implementation of data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks for structured and unstructured data
4. Participate in designing cloud and on-premises data architectures to optimize performance and scalability
5. Support legacy system migration to modern data platforms and cloud environments
6. Collaborate on data governance process development, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with standards
7. Create technical documentation for data architectures, workflows, and best practices
8. Monitor data infrastructure performance and resolve issues
9. Stay current with emerging technologies in data architecture

Required Qualifications :

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 / C2), both written and spoken
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise data solution design and integration
• Proficiency with Cloud and On-Premise data warehouse and data mart solutions
• Mastery of data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical)
• Advanced SQL skills and analytical abilities
• Experience with ETL / ELT processes and tools
• Basic understanding of data governance, quality, and security principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation
• Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to evolving project needs
