Overview

Nature and aim of position
The Junior CVC Support Assistant (Part-Time) provides foundational support to the CVC team by assisting with data tracking, reporting, meeting documentation, and marketing-related tasks. The role helps ensure smooth daily operations and contributes to team alignment and execution quality.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Collaborate in managing internal tools and dashboards;
  • Conduct market and brand research;
  • Monitor internal group activities through dashboards (e.g., mystery visits);
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations;
  • Participate in meetings and draft minutes to ensure team transparency;
  • Create visual mockups and materials for campaigns;
  • Support follow-up and monitoring of the Lounge network;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Main KPIs

Operational KPIs :

  • Task completion Rate: Percentage of assigned tasks completed on time;
  • Dashboard update frequency: regularity and consistency in updating monitoring tools;

Qualitative KPI :

  • Report & documentation accuracy: quality and precision of reports and materials produced;

Soft skill :

  • Team collaboration & proactivity: ability to communicate effectively, take initiative and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Quality of communication and cooperation with internal / external teams;
  • Feedback from colleagues on teamwork and supportiveness;
Relates and cooperates mainly with
  • CVC Team: CVC Intelligence support manager; analysts customer value creation; campaign operation assistance.
Background and Education
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail are essential;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to support internal communication and documentation;
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including data entry;
  • Formal education in marketing, or related fields is a plus, but not strictly required
