Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Success Management in evolving our customer success strategy.
  • Manage the brand portfolio and strengthen client relationships through proactive support.
  • Handle customer communications and ensure timely, effective responses.
  • Analyze customer data to identify ways to improve satisfaction and engagement.
  • Deliver clear, value-driven product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Oversee customer projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Help create training and educational materials that empower our clients.

Qualifications

  • A self-starter who is proactive, organized, and driven by goals
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong communicator with a talent for building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects at once, without missing a beat
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, methodical approach to execution
  • Creative mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Team player who collaborates well in a small, dynamic, and growing team
  • Fluency in both English and Italian; French is a plus.
