The role involves managing relationships, analyzing data, and ensuring effective communication while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and fluent in English and Italian.

Role & Responsibilities :

Support the Head of Success Management in evolving our customer success strategy.

Manage the brand portfolio and strengthen client relationships through proactive support.

Handle customer communications and ensure timely, effective responses.

Analyze customer data to identify ways to improve satisfaction and engagement.

Deliver clear, value-driven product demonstrations to potential clients.

Oversee customer projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Help create training and educational materials that empower our clients.

Key Qualifications :

A self-starter who is proactive, organized, and driven by goals.

1-2 years of experience in a related field.

Strong communicator with a talent for building and maintaining positive client relationships.

Skilled at managing multiple projects at once, without missing a beat.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, methodical approach to execution.

Creative mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Team player who collaborates well in a small, dynamic, and growing team.

Fluency in both English and Italian; French is a plus.

Additional Provisions :

Additional courses in Digital Business and Project Management are a plus
