Job Opportunity: Junior Customer Service France

Position: Junior Customer Service France

Responsibilities:

• Responding to calls, emails, and chats in French.
• Managing complaints and reports, seeking quick and satisfactory solutions.
• Post-sale assistance, including returns, refunds, or warranties.
• Entering and updating customer data in CRM systems.
• Managing orders and shipments, monitoring, and resolving issues.
• Collecting feedback to improve products and services.
• Reporting recurring problems, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Interacting with other departments (logistics, marketing, technical) to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

• Degree (Laurea).
• At least 6 months of experience in similar roles.
• Excellent knowledge of French language.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel.

Work Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
• Location: Fiorano Modenese (MO).

Contract Offer:

• Direct employment (internship or apprenticeship).
• Industry National Collective Contract (CCNL) Ceramics (13 months salary).
• Benefits include bonuses and company canteen.
