Job Description
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of CRM and digital campaigns focusing on lead generation, conversion KPIs, and customer engagement, transforming data into actionable insights.
- Conduct analyses on the customer base to develop behavioral segmentation models, scoring systems, and key business indicators supporting strategic marketing and commercial decisions.
- Collect, organize, and validate data from internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and reliability throughout the analysis process.
- Produce clear and impactful reports and presentations tailored to business stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions.
Hard Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a consulting firm or structured corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in Excel or similar tools, and foundational knowledge of SQL or equivalent for analyzing large datasets.
- Passion for uncovering patterns, identifying actionable trends, and delivering insights that drive business value.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Experience with data cleaning and preparation workflows.
- Familiarity with Python or other programming languages is a plus.
- Strategic mindset: ability to extract meaningful insights supporting business and marketing decisions.
- Experience in optimizing analytical processes or reporting routines is appreciated.
Soft Skills
- Business-oriented and insight-driven approach, capable of translating complex data into strategic value.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Sales, Digital).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders and simplify analytical findings.
- Previous experience in CRM or automotive-related projects is a plus.
