We are seeking a dedicated and driven customer care professional who thrives on making things happen. The Customer Care Representative plays a key role in building strong, lasting partnerships with our customers, supporting them through every stage of their journey from adoption to expansion and renewal. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, and Services, to deliver a seamless, high-value customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of up to a thousand mass-market customers, developing the right balance between automation (low touch) and manual actions (high touch) depending on the context
  • Facilitate the successful onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have the tools and resources to thrive with Odoo
  • Being the first point of contact to assist and guide your Odoo customers so that they can benefit from the best possible experience throughout their project
  • Collaborate with our Sales Team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for customer expansion
Requirements
  • From 0 up to 2 years experience, preferably in customer success and customer support
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
Nice to have
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Passion for IT
