Overview

On behalf of our client, an important pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a motivated and passionate Junior CRM Specialist.

The successful candidate will be involved in managing and optimizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities to improve customer relationships and support the team in achieving business goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s CRM daily and support in configuring new workflows and processes.
• Analyze performance data and generate reports for the team.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure proper CRM usage.
• Support the implementation of strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• Train and support internal users on effective CRM utilization.

Requirements

• Previous experience with any CRM system (e.g., Veeva, OCE, Salesforce, etc.).
• Understanding of core CRM functionalities, including data management, automation, and segmentation.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret reports to optimize performance.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM integrations or connectivity with other business software.
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools like Power BI.
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
