A leading security solutions company in Milan seeks a Security Coordinator for a one-year contract. Responsibilities include overseeing reception tasks, managing security personnel, and addressing crisis management issues. THE POSITION

This position offers a one-year contract.

• Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all reception-related tasks
• Managing security guards
• Creating incident reports and monitoring assets
• Analyzing logistic incidents for supply chain security
• Assisting BI employees during travels
• Managing anti-counterfeiting notifications in collaboration with other functions
• Monitoring company events from a security perspective
• Assisting the local crisis manager

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in security roles

Bachelor's degree with a focus on crisis & security management (considered a plus)

Good knowledge of English, especially in writing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proactive attitude and ability to work independently

Strong communication and decision-making skills
