Job summary

GA-Alliance is seeking an Attorney (1 year – PQE) to join its Corporate and Finance team in Milan, working on domestic and cross-border transactions. You will be part of a dynamic, international practice alongside a Milanese partner, contributing to due diligence, document drafting, and negotiations for sophisticated corporate matters.

You will engage with international clients, leverage strong English skills, and collaborate across practice groups.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer registered with the Italian Bar.
• Law degree with excellent grades.
• 1 year PQE in Corporate/M&A and/or Banking & Finance is preferred.
• Business development and networking attitude and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out legal due diligence and draft due diligence reports.
• Draft and review transactional and corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and draft opinions and memoranda.
• Attend meetings and negotiations with clients and counterparties.
• Coordinate closing activities and post-closing formalities.
