Pramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a stage as Junior Controller Specialist to support the Sr Group Controller Manager in ensuring financial and industrial control over the activities of the PR Industrial Group.

PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS

The Junior Controller Specialist will support the improvement of internal control processes and organization at Group level, analysis of P&L and deviations from budget/previous year, and data analysis for budgeting and forecasting activities.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support in definition of reporting on financial and industrial control (industrial income statement, analysis of costs and KPIs, valuation of inventories, analysis of cost of sales, analysis of margins, analysis of deviations from budget).
• Support in ensuring compliance with the Corporate control model in Group companies.
• Support in checking progress and deviations from the budget.
• Verification of progress and compliance with branch action plans.
• Support in credit control.
• Insurance check.
• Support in supervision and verification of company cost centres.

PERSONAL SKILLS

• Excellent English and Italian; any other language is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Italian and international accounting and financial statements.
• The candidate must have excellent attention to detail and good ability to work in a team.
• High problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress.

BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCES REQUIRED

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
