You will support management control activities, collaborate on budgeting processes, and develop insightful reports. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 6 months to 1 year of experience, with skills in financial analysis and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

We are experiencing steady organic growth, which is why we are seeking a motivated Junior Controller to join our Finance Team on a fixed-term contract.

Your Next Role :

You will advise the business on management control activities from a business partnering perspective.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Collaborating with the controlling team on closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes;
• Reviewing cost allocations and management, proposing improvements;
• Acting as a business partner by producing reports, insights, and analyses to support growth;
• Developing dashboards for key business KPIs in collaboration with organizational and cluster controllers;
• Mapping key finance processes, drafting procedures, and developing tools or templates as needed.

What You’ll Need :

To succeed in this role, you should have :

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role or consultancy;
• Strong skills in economic and financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, familiar with IAS/IFRS standards;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and SAP is a plus;
• Fluency in Italian and English;
• Curiosity, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills;
• Teamwork, proactivity, focus, and goal orientation;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all organizational levels, especially management.
