Job Title: Junior Controller

Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Controller to join a historic manufacturing company that is part of a multinational group.

Responsibilities:

• Support in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the parent company
• Update company KPIs and collect data to monitor performance
• Assist with periodic management closures
• Participate in variance analysis between actual data, budget, and forecast
• Produce internal reports and statistics

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines
• Interest in management control and motivation to learn
• Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Precision, curiosity, initiative, and teamwork skills
• English language proficiency (at least B1 level)
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, is a plus
