Buccellati, una Maison di gioielleria di lusso, cerca un candidato per il team FP&A. La posizione prevede responsabilità nella pianificazione finanziaria, nella preparazione di budget e supporto nel progetto SAP. Si richiede laurea in Economia e esperienza in contabilità finanziaria, preferibilmente nel settore luxury. Il candidato ideale è un team player proattivo con eccellenti capacità analitiche e comunicative.

Competenze

• Minimo 2 anni di esperienza in controllo finanziario nel settore lusso, retail o manifatturiero.
• Fluenza in inglese e italiano è necessaria.
• Familiarità con i principi contabili IFRS inclusi consolidamento.

This is a unique opportunity to join Buccellati's FP&A team in Milan, playing a crucial role in supporting the finance function during the implementation of the Group SAP project. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a good financial background and a passion for contributing to a dynamic and prestigious Maison.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Planning & Analysis Support
• Assist in the preparation of Maison annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans under the guidance of the FP&A team
• Perform variance analyses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making, as directed
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring alignment with IFRS standards and Group procedures and policies
• Business Partnering Support
• Collaborate with HQ and end markets key stakeholders to ensure financial discipline and optimize resources
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and investment proposals
• Group SAP Rollout Support
• Provide financial support for the Group SAP rollout project
• Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios related to the implementation
• Support the integration of SAP data into existing financial reporting systems
• Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
• Share knowledge and best practices in financial processes and analytical tools
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function

PROFILE

The ideal candidate is a positive and proactive team player who also possesses :

• A master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within the luxury, retail, or manufacturing sector
• Good understanding of P&L, BS and CF statements (upon IFRS standards), including consolidation accounting principles
• Familiarity of an ERP tool (SAP S4 is a plus), and advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of other financial systems like Power BI, Locker or another business analytics tool is a plus
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to summarize
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly integrate into a team and provide immediate support
