L'azienda di lusso Buccellati, parte del gruppo Richemont, ricerca un analista per il team FP&A a Milano. La figura sarà responsabile del supporto alla funzione finanziaria, contribuendo a budget, previsioni e modelli finanziari. Richiesta laurea in finanza e almeno 2 anni di esperienza in controlli finanziari, con buone capacità analitiche e conoscenza di strumenti ERP. Offerte di lavoro si attestano su uno stipendio annuale competitivo nel settore del lusso.

Competenze

• Esperienza minima di 2 anni in controllo finanziario nel settore del lusso, vendite al dettaglio o manifatturiero.
• Buona comprensione dei bilanci P&L, BS e CF secondo gli standard IFRS.

The Maison has been part of the global luxury group Richemont since September 2019 and the Buccellati family is still present in the Company to perpetuate its style and unparalleled craftsmanship tradition.

This is a unique opportunity to join Buccellati's FP&A team in Milan, playing a crucial role in supporting the finance function during the implementation of the Group SAP project. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a good financial background and a passion for contributing to a dynamic and prestigious Maison.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Planning & Analysis Support
• Assist in the preparation of Maison annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans under the guidance of the FP&A team
• Perform variance analyses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making, as directed
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring alignment with IFRS standards and Group procedures and policies
• Business Partnering Support
• Collaborate with HQ and end markets key stakeholders to ensure financial discipline and optimize resources
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and investment proposals
• Group SAP Rollout Support
• Provide financial support for the Group SAP rollout project
• Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios related to the implementation
• Support the integration of SAP data into existing financial reporting systems
• Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
• Share knowledge and best practices in financial processes and analytical tools
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function

PROFILE

The ideal candidate is a positive and proactive team player who also possesses :

• A master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within the luxury, retail, or manufacturing sector
• Good understanding of P&L, BS and CF statements (upon IFRS standards), including consolidation accounting principles
• Familiarity of an ERP tool (SAP S4 is a plus), and advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of other financial systems like Power BI, Locker or another business analytics tool is a plus
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to summarize
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly integrate into a team and provide immediate support
