Main duties and responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports ;
• Monitor operating costs and analyse variances vs budget;
• Collect and analyse financial data across all hotel departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, etc.);
• Collaborate with the accounting team on bookkeeping accuracy and reconciliations;
• Develop ad hoc analyses for management and corporate reporting;
• Support the definition and tracking of performance indicators;
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and implementation of business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related fields;
• Previous experience (including internships) in controlling, finance or administration;
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis tools;
• Knowledge of USALI hospitality system is a plus;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI ) is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results-oriented;
• Interest in the luxury hospitality industry
• Full Time CCNL (Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement)
• Meals provided both when on duty and on days off
