Copeland, a global climate technologies leader, is seeking a Junior Controller to join our Finance team at the Belluno site in Italy. This on-site role supports monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, has strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and is fluent in Italian with intermediate English.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Controller to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, planning, and analysis activities while ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls. The Junior Controller will work closely with finance stakeholders to support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. This job is based in Belluno, Italy, and regular on-site presence is required.

Salary: €27,000 - €32,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

• Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, analyses, and management presentations.
