Responsibilities:

• Embark on our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust, embodying the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars.
• Assist in planning and executing field and partner marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and campaigns, ensuring smooth execution through full project management oversight.
• Support creation and distribution of partner enablement materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
• Track and report campaign performance and ROI metrics.
• Execute regional/local field marketing activities alongside senior managers.
• Research relevant activities, build business cases, and secure funding and approvals.
• Handle PO raising, contracts processing, and facilitate payments.
• Coordinate fulfillment activities, including stock and shipping, maintaining updated inventory.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring clear communication, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
• Manage lead acquisition, nurturing, and follow-up processes.
• Work with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom, 6sense, and TechTarget.

Qualifications:

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute marketing programs from planning to measurement.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills; second language (French, German, or Spanish) is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, partner relations, or event coordination (including internships).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including LinkedIn campaigns, TechTarget, SEO/SEM.
• Experience organizing local and regional events.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work with decentralized, cross-cultural teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability to growth, change, and problem resolution.
• Proven experience in B2B Field Marketing or Campaign roles, preferably in security or enterprise software.
• Outstanding communication and creative thinking skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
