General Responsibilities
As part of the Global Compliance & Reporting team, you will work closely with multinational clients and play a key role in delivering tax compliance and reporting services. Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities include:
- Tax accounting: advising on the tax aspects of financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP for multinational groups and in extraordinary transactions.
- Supporting multinational groups on BEPS Pillar II projects.
- Providing assistance in Cooperative Compliance activities for multinational clients.
- Delivering recurring tax consultancy and tax compliance services.
- Supporting audit teams in tax-related aspects of client audits.
- Building and maintaining strong tax relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development efforts.
- Managing and coordinating day-to-day client relationships and expectations.
- Leading and delivering tax projects with a business-oriented and technically excellent approach (Senior level).
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics.
- Good knowledge of tax regulations, financial statements, and national accounting principles.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team spirit with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Additional requirements for Senior level
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in global compliance, reporting, or tax advisory.
- Understanding of the financial services environment is preferable.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
- Experience managing client deliverables and coordinating project delivery.
- Customer orientation, commercial awareness, and ability to contribute to business development.
