Junior Consultant - Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance

Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Junior Consultant to join the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries operating in the national territory, carrying out projects in the following areas:

  • Strategic business planning: definition of corporate strategies and preparation of industrial plans
  • M&A advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary financial operation, from market scouting to the evaluation of individual assets/companies and from operational support in the M&A process to negotiation support to end deals
  • Transformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutions

MAIN TASKS:

  • Analysis of the operating contexts of client companies: their historical performance, main trends of their operating sector and the possible evolution of their core business
  • Support in the realization of economic-financial and patrimonial projections
  • Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performance
  • Support in assessing the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, single portfolios, in the context of extraordinary transactions
  • Drafting of functional documents for commercial development and expert opinions, as an independent third party
  • Preparation of estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic, financial and equity aspects
  • Use of software/data provider platforms, to support the preparation of evaluation analysis

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master's degree with high honors in Economic/Financial and Management Engineering subjects
  • Knowledge of the local banking and financial sector (distinctive evaluation element)
  • Fluency in English; knowledge a second foreign language is a plus.

  • Excellent diagnostic skills
