Entrando a far parte del Team ServiceNow di KPMG a Milano sarai impegnata/o della gestione dei processi di cambiamento aziendali; in particolare, insieme a colleghe e colleghi esperti, analizzerai i requisiti strategici utili a implementare le migliori soluzioni digitali presenti sul mercato per la gestione integrata dei processi.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Analisi dei requisiti aziendali in collaborazione con il team funzionale e traduzione dei requisiti in specifiche tecniche.
• Progettazione e sviluppo delle migliori soluzioni tecniche per il cliente, basate su ServiceNow.
• Test interni delle soluzioni personalizzate sviluppate.
• Gestione del ciclo di vita del software sviluppato.
• Supporto alla migrazione dei dati.
• Supporto al cliente per il rilascio della soluzione e per la fase di Hypercare.

Per essere il candidato ideale non ti possono mancare:

• Formazione accademica in discipline STEM.
• Motivazione a svolgere attività di consulenza sui processi aziendali e sui sistemi informativi.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente supportata da esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all'estero.
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Analysis of business requirements in collaboration with the functional team and translation of these requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and development of the best technical solutions for the client, based on ServiceNow.
• Internal testing of the custom solutions developed.
• Management of the software lifecycle.
• Support for data migration.
• Support for the client during the solution release and Hypercare phase.
  
  

As You Are – Your Skills And Characteristics

To be the ideal candidate, you should possess:

• Academic background in STEM disciplines.
• Motivation to engage in consulting activities related to business processes and information systems.
• Excellent knowledge of English, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
