We are seeking a Management Consultant for Be, who will be involved in projects related to the most innovative and strategic areas of financial regulation within banking and financial markets.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Economics, Banking Sciences, Finance
2. At least minimal experience in consultancy projects supporting Compliance Officers - Risk Management or operational IT functions
3. Knowledge of main regulations in finance and markets such as MiFID (including ESG framework), Settlement T+1, EMIR, Market Abuse, PRIIPS, DORA, and regulations related to digital assets
4. Passion for financial products and interest in working on key regulations impacting their distribution
5. Ability to work within complex, cross-country teams
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills
