Nnit A/S is seeking a Junior Consultant to join our international teams and support digital manufacturing projects across Europe. You will work with experienced colleagues, participate in workshops, analyze processes, and help design solutions for Life Sciences clients.

You will build expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems and regulated environments while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. The role offers learning, mentoring, and a flexible hybrid work model.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Business)
• Up to 2 years of experience in consulting, manufacturing, IT, or Life Sciences (internships or student projects allowed)
• Interest in digital transformation and manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a consulting environment
• Fluent in English and Italian

Mansioni

• Support delivery of digital manufacturing projects for Life Sciences customers

About The Role

As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and support customers in their digital transformation journey. You will gain hands‑on experience with digital manufacturing projects and build knowledge within Manufacturing Execution Systems, manufacturing processes, and consulting in regulated industries. From day one, you will be part of project teams working with customers across Europe and contribute to creating solutions that support the factories of the future.

Your responsibilities as a Junior Consultant will include:

• Supporting delivery of digital manufacturing projects for Life Sciences customers
• Participating in workshops, process analysis, documentation, testing, and solution design activities
• Collaborating with customers and colleagues to understand business processes and manufacturing needs
• Supporting implementation and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems and related digital solutions
• Contributing to project deliveries in regulated environments following industry standards and best practices
• Working closely with international and cross‑functional teams
• Continuously developing your technical, consulting, and industry knowledge through training and project experience

Your qualifications and experience

• Hold a relevant university degree within Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Business, or similar
• Have up to 2 years of experience within consulting, manufacturing, IT, or Life Sciences, including internships or student projects
• Have an interest in digital transformation, manufacturing processes, and technology
• Have strong analytical skills and enjoy problem solving
• Are curious, proactive, and motivated to learn in a consulting environment
• Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and customers in an international setting
• Speak and write English and Italian fluently

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems, automation, or digital manufacturing technologies
• Exposure to Life Sciences manufacturing or regulated industries
• Experience working in teams, projects, or customer‑oriented environments
