Your new role

As our new EHS Junior Consultant, you should have 2-3 years of experience in Compliance, Transaction, and Corporate Services, with a specific focus on Health & Safety compliance and due diligence work in the M&A sector, emphasizing EHS assessment, planning, and strategy.

Candidates can work in a fully hybrid pattern from our Rome or Milan offices, in line with our flexible working policy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence
• Execution of EHS compliance audits
• Execution of H&S Risk Assessments and review of H&S Plans
• Execution of ESG reviews
• Participating directly in assignments, interacting with clients and third parties (e.g., lawyers, advisors, vendors/buyers, regulators), requiring strong soft skills such as negotiation, communication, strategic vision, problem-solving, and teamwork
• Proposal development and reporting in Italian or English

Your new team

You will be part of a successful team comprising engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, and others working together in an international network. Our projects mainly involve contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk, and sustainability. You will contribute to a sustainable future in an open, collaborative, and empowering culture.

About you

These include:

• A Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a similar field
• Knowledge of D. Lgs. 81/2008, D. Lgs 152/2006, ASTM standards
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in a third language (e.g., German, Spanish, French) is a plus
• Knowledge of decommissioning, REACH, and CLP regulations is advantageous
