We are looking for Consultants to help build on our success. We offer a graduate program with regular training sessions coupled with working on live projects. You will work as part of a team and shadow one of our highly experienced consultants who share a passion for solving complex problems with technology-based solutions. You can learn all about state-of-the-art software implementation and client support.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Support the successful specification, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of CCH Tagetik solutions by working with customer business and technical teams.
- Understand and translate customer requirements, define service scope, configure, and deliver solutions that are fit for purpose for our customers. Hands-on product configuration may be required.
- Provide innovative solutions and solve problems to meet the client's requirements. Develop a keen interest in a career in consulting, with potential focus areas including Tax, ESG, Statutory Consolidation, Budget, Planning, and Closing allocation.

Job Qualifications:

- Recent graduate or graduating in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering.
- Good communication skills; willing to assume a customer-facing role and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work within teams and independently with limited supervision.
- Effective time management and accurate record-keeping.
- No prior consulting experience necessary; a strong business or technology background and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Fluent in Italian and English.

Caratteristiche del candidato

Requisiti tecnici e conoscenze informatiche: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Lingue straniere: Knowledge of English at B2-C1 level.
Titolo di studio: Laurea (first level), Laurea Magistrale or ciclo Unico (second level).
Area disciplinare: Ingegneria, economico-statistico.
Classe di laurea: Ingegneria gestionale (LM-31, 34/S), Scienze dell'economia (LM-56, 64/S), Scienze dell'economia e della gestione aziendale (L-18, 17), Scienze economiche (L-33, 28), Scienze economico-aziendali (LM-77, 84/S), Scienze statistiche attuariali e finanziarie (LM-83, 91/S), Statistica (L-41, 37).
Tipo candidato: Neolaureato.
