DXC Technology Inc. in Milano seeks a Junior Business Consultant to support strategic transformation programs and project governance for Automotive clients.

You'll work with experienced consultants, coordinating and monitoring complex business and technology initiatives and contributing to sustainability efforts. The role targets motivated graduates with interest in consulting, PMO activities, and business analysis, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree in Innovation and Technology Management, Economics and technologies for sustainability, or related fields.
• Nice to have: interest or experience in Automotive or sustainability fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with client focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficient Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of strategic sustainability programs and transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to project governance activities, including status reports and client dashboards.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks and issues ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Collect, consolidate and analyze project data and KPIs for decision-making and reporting.
• Assist in defining sustainability transformation roadmaps, operating models, and change initiatives.
• Prepare business cases and client deliverables related to sustainability and transformation.
