You will design strategic roadmaps, engage C-suite stakeholders, and architect integrative solutions across PLM, SCM, and MES to improve efficiency and reduce environmental footprint. Competenze

• 10+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing or automotive industries.
• Proven expertise in PLM, SCM, and MES implementations and integrations.
• Strong background in sustainability, circular economy, or ESG initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with executive audiences.
• Project management experience; familiar with agile or waterfall methods.

Mansioni

• Develop and present strategic sustainability-driven transformation proposals for manufacturing and automotive clients.
• Lead cross-functional engagement with C-suite and operating teams to map challenges to roadmaps.
• Design and architect integration solutions across PLM, SCM, and MES to optimize processes.
• Conduct sustainability assessments, build ROI and carbon-reduction business cases.
