Junior Consultant Applications

Job Description:

DXC Technology is looking for a Junior Consultant Applications to be trained and involved in our teams.

You will receive specific training from day one on Business Analysis, Design Thinking, and Project Management, with the opportunity to obtain specific certifications (Agile Foundation, Design Thinking).

After a short training period, you will be involved in our projects, providing your contribution to client requests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues, and proposing solutions.
• Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments.
• Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops, and proposals.
• Assist team members in producing functional requirements for software development.
• Identify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company’s clients.
• Effectively manage client expectations.

Education and Skills:

• Typically, a degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Proactive approach, data-driven, ability to work in a team, and good communication skills.

Work Location: Rome (RM) with Remote Work Possibility.
