Siemens is looking for an Apprenticeship candidate who will be trained over 30 months as a Junior Commissioning & Maintenance Technician for our Smart Infrastructure Solution and Service business unit located in Bologna.
Siemens Smart Infrastructures offers a comprehensive range of business areas: as a technology partner, service provider, system integrator, and product supplier, we provide products, systems, solutions, and services related to personal safety, building security and automation, heating, ventilation, air conditioning technology, as well as transmission and distribution of electrical power and systems for the low-voltage power grid level, including smart grids.

Your main responsibilities
- Learn to program fire detection, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
- Program supervision systems that control field equipment.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to gather information for software development.
- Provide support services via remote connections, phone, site visits, and web tools.
- Perform service and commissioning activities using digital solutions and tools.
- Diagnose, clarify, and resolve technical problems.
- Analyze events, trace diagnostics, and provide guidance for resolution.
What you need to bring with you
- Be under 29 years old.
- Hold a technical diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have familiarity with IT principles such as networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, Remote Connection.
- Proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
- Aspire to develop a technical career and grow professionally.
- Previous internship experience is advantageous.
- Effective teamwork skills.
- Commitment to openness and inclusiveness.

- Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
