Your main responsibilities
  • Learn to program fire detection, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
  • Program supervision systems that control field equipment.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to gather information for software development.
  • Provide support services via remote connections, phone, on-site visits, and digital tools.
  • Perform service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions.
  • Diagnose, clarify, and resolve technical problems.
  • Analyze events and diagnostic information to guide next steps.
What you need to bring
  • Be under 29 years old.
  • Hold a technical diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Have familiarity with IT principles such as networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, Remote Connection.
  • Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of English.
  • Have the aspiration to develop a technical career and grow professionally.
  • Previous internship experience is a plus.
  • Effective teamwork skills.
