Junior Claims Advisor - Property & Liability

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Claims - Property & Liability team at Marsh. This role will be based in Milano. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

The candidate will be introduced to our organization for an inspiring opportunity, enabling professional growth within a dynamic and thriving team.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively and building relationships; interacting daily with clients to help solve their risk management issues.
• Liaising with Clients, Insurers, Client Executives, Loss Adjusters on claim-related issues.
• Reviewing and understanding incoming documentation and new claims notifications.
• Determining coverage for incoming claims using policy knowledge and communicating with Insurers to help clients manage claims and adhere to standards.
• Preparing client reports, including trend analysis.
• Preparing for and attending client meetings, including annual or quarterly claims reviews.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Law, Legal Services, Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.) or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining, with a strong academic record.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Advanced skills in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
