The goal is to develop your talents and interests for an exciting and fulfilling career at AIG.

In addition to on-the-job training, you will participate in the AIG Academy, a two-year structured development program designed to support and accelerate your strengths and interests. We ensure you receive above-average remuneration regardless of your degree. You will be assigned a mentor and have opportunities to participate in global workshops, master classes, and networking events to connect with colleagues worldwide. You will receive a permanent employment contract.

What you can expect :

  • Gaining experience in handling casualty claims: gathering relevant information, analyzing, determining coverage, assessing liability, etc.
  • Engaging experts and lawyers where necessary
  • Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders, brokers, medical experts, clients, lawyers, victims, or their legal representatives
  • Working with underwriters to turn claims experience into improved products
  • Adhering to compliance and claims guidelines, playing an exemplary role within the team
  • Ensuring adherence to best practice procedures for casualty complex claims, consistent with global standards

What you bring :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Administration, or a comparable field (international degree is an advantage), graduated in 2022 or 2023
  • Initial work experience through internships is an advantage, ideally in the insurance sector
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt, with strong comprehension skills
  • Ability to work in a team and make decisions
  • Very good Italian and English language skills
