Our client is a company specialized in the food sector – organic, which currently produces and distributes high-quality organic products in the SuperFood category. They import raw materials and ingredients directly from four different continents (Asia, Africa, America, Oceania). The company has commissioned us to find and select a:

• Junior Buyer

Role Description:

The candidate will be integrated into the Purchasing Department, reporting directly to the Manager and Senior Buyer. Responsibilities include managing supplier orders, logistical anomalies related to delivery, warehouse loads, entering, transmitting, and verifying orders, preparing documentation for shippers and customs, evaluating offers and quotes, liaising and negotiating with suppliers, logistics, and the Sales team. The candidate will also support activities related to monitoring the delivery status of orders and follow-up actions.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of Spanish or another language is considered a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package.
• Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities, with excellent communication and relational skills.
• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's, preferably in Foreign Languages.
