About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Buyer / HSE Engineer colleague for our team in Pero.

As Buyer, your main responsibilities will be:

• Creating purchase orders
• Processing order confirmations
• Managing DDT / supplier invoices
• Managing supplier invoice portal "simple invoice"
• Expediting activities (reminder of order confirmations and deliveries)
• Managing supplier master data

As HSE Engineer, your responsibilities include:

• Employee EHS training as per Italian law 81 / 08
• Employee medical fitness as per sanitation plan
• MSDS and PPE management
• Managing the employee access database
• Visitor and third-party access management
• Managing the S&A Technicians EHS for access on site
• Machines monthly report
• Collaborating with the EHS Manager regarding emergency plans and risk assessments
• Handling waste management

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need

• 1-2 years of experience with data entry, management tools, and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate the web and company portals
• Fluent Italian and at least intermediate English knowledge
• Aptitude for problem solving and multitasking

Considered As An Advantage

• Knowledge/experience with Environmental Health & Safety industry, standards, procedures
• Experience in Procurement / Purchasing
