About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Buyer / HSE Engineer for our team in Pero.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating purchase orders
• Processing order confirmations
• Expediting activities (reminder of order confirmations and deliveries)
• Employee EHS training as per Italian law 81/08
• Employee Medical fitness assessments as per safety plan
• MSDS and PPE Management
• Managing the employee access database
• Visitor and third-party access management
• Managing the S&AM Technicians EHS for access on site
• Machines monthly report
• Collaborating with the EHS Manager regarding emergency plans and risk assessments
• Handling waste management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of experience with data entry, management tools, and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate the web and company portals
• Fluent Italian and at least intermediate English proficiency
• Aptitude for problem solving and multitasking

Considered an advantage:

• Knowledge/experience with Environmental Health & Safety standards and procedures
• Experience in procurement/purchasing
