About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Buyer / HSE Engineer colleague for our team in Pero.

Your main responsibilities will be :

As Buyer :

• Creating purchase orders
• Processing order confirmations
• Expediting activities (reminder of order confirmations and deliveries)
• Employee EHS training as per italian law 81 / 08
• Employee Medical fitness as per sanity plan
• MSDS and PPE Management
• Managing the employee access database
• Visitor and third-party access management
• Managing the S&AM Technicians EHS for access on site
• Machines monthly report
• Collaborating with the EHS Manager regarding emergency plan and risk assessments
• Handling waste management.

To be successful in this role you will need :

1-2 years of experience with data entry, management toll and ERP systems

Strong knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent computer skills and an ability to navigate the web and company portals

Fluent Italian and at least intermediate English language knowledge

Aptitude for problem solving and multitasking

Considered as an advantage :

Knowledge / experience with Environmental Health & Safety industry, standards, procedures

Experience from Procurement / Purchasing
