Junior Business Manager - IT

As a Junior Business Manager at Akkodis, your role is pivotal in our sales development strategy.
You will be responsible for developing business within your assigned area.

The role focuses on three main areas:

Customer Management

• Assess, benchmark, and establish customer contacts
• Develop your portfolio of strategic customers and prospects
• Negotiate important commercial and contractual conditions
• Build strong customer relationships through contract implementation
• Promote all the Group's service offerings
• Maintain dynamic and lasting customer relationships with continuous follow-ups

People Management

• Participate actively in sourcing and selecting candidates and new hires
• Explore avenues for building a strong candidate pipeline, such as employee referrals, social sites, and job fairs
• Partner with recruiters and staffing agencies to recruit the right talent aligned with customer needs
• Develop proactive candidate pipelines to fill customer open positions
• Engage with technical consultants using HR tools like induction, training, and performance management plans

Financial Management

• Develop business plans (long-term, budget, forecast)
• Monitor key business parameters such as revenue, operating margin, employee turnover, cash flow, and change management
• Manage profit and loss for your profit center, including investments, overheads, resource billability, and invoicing processes

Profile

We seek a Junior Business Manager with strong business aptitude and at least 1 year of experience in the IT sector.

Ideal candidates are good listeners and communicators, proactive, autonomous, and capable of managing their priorities. They should be team players, motivated, and committed to achieving ambitious goals.
Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher is mandatory.
